Privacy Policy
Last updated September 23, 2026
ALPHAREDUX LLC (“ALPHAREDUX,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and process personal data when you use Tetrarch, including the application, the website at tetrarch-ide.com, and related tools we make available (the “Service”). It also describes the choices and rights that may be available to you under the laws of your country or state. Please read it carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge this policy.
The Terms of Service govern your use of the Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
1. Personal Data We Collect
Account information
When you create an account or sign in, we collect the information needed to authenticate you. That includes your name, email address, and the identifier from the sign-in method you choose.
Payment information
If you choose a paid Tetrarch plan, we collect the payment information needed to charge you. The payment processor handles card details under its own terms, which are shown at checkout.
Communications
If you contact us, we collect your name, your contact information, and the contents of the messages you send.
Feedback
You may send feedback while using the Service, including ideas, suggestions for improvement, or a rating of a Suggestion made in response to an Input (“Feedback”). If you do, we may keep the exchange you submitted as part of that Feedback.
Bug reports you send
If you choose to send us a bug report, we collect what you include in it. That may include a description of the problem and logs you attach.
Information from your use of the Service
When you install, access, or use the Service, your device or browser sends us technical information about that use. That may include your device type, browser, operating system, and network or internet provider, depending on your settings and your device.
We also collect information about how the Service is performing. That includes your IP address, browser type and settings, error logs, and other records of how you interact with the Service.
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, scripts, and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies in your browser.
For security and performance, including to notice an unusual sign-in, we may determine the approximate location from which your device accesses the Service, using information such as your IP address.
What we do not keep
We do not keep your projects, prompts, or outputs, except for material you include in a bug report you send us and an exchange you submit as Feedback.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, such as genetic data, biometric data used to uniquely identify a person, health information, or religious information.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18, and we do not direct the Service to them. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a user is under 18, we will investigate and, if appropriate, delete the personal data and the account.
2. How We Use Personal Data
We use personal data for these purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Service, including to create, manage, and authenticate your account.
- To investigate and fix a bug report you choose to send.
- To communicate with you about the Service, including security and account notices, and promotional email you can opt out of.
- To prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms.
- To comply with law and to protect the rights, safety, privacy, and property of users, ALPHAREDUX, or others.
- To enforce our Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
We do not use your projects, prompts, outputs, or other Content to train models, and we do not permit a third party to use them for training, unless you have explicitly agreed to that use. This does not change unless the Terms are updated and you agree. A bug report you choose to send may be used to fix and secure the Service. That use is not model training.
We may aggregate or de-identify personal data so that it no longer identifies you, and use that information to understand outages and to fix the Service. We will keep de-identified information in de-identified form and will not try to re-identify it, except as required by law.
3. How We Share Personal Data
We disclose personal data in these cases:
- Service providers. Vendors who support sign-in, email, and hosting process personal data only as needed to perform those services for us, consistent with our instructions and applicable law.
- Business transfers. In a merger, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, personal data may be disclosed to counterparties and advisers for due diligence, or transferred as part of the transaction.
- Legal compliance and protection. We may disclose personal data to government authorities or others if we believe it is necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to a lawful request, protect the safety, rights, or property of any person, prevent fraud or another unlawful act, enforce our Terms, or protect ALPHAREDUX against legal liability.
- Affiliates. We may share personal data with an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with ALPHAREDUX, and that entity may use it only in a manner consistent with this policy.
- Third parties you choose. If you install an extension, connect your own model key, or otherwise send information to a third party, that third party receives what you send under its own terms and privacy policy. Our offering that connection is not an endorsement.
- With your direction. We disclose personal data when you ask us to, including when you send a bug report.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or process it for targeted advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. We do not process sensitive personal data to infer characteristics about you.
4. Retention
We keep account information for as long as your account is open, and then delete it or de-identify it within a reasonable time after the account is closed, unless a longer period is required for legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements. We keep a bug report for as long as needed to investigate and fix it, and then delete it or de-identify it. We keep messages you send us, and Feedback you submit, for as long as needed to respond and to operate the Service, and then delete or de-identify them.
When personal data is no longer needed, we and our service providers delete, erase, or de-identify it as applicable law requires.
5. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Use care in what you include in a bug report. We are not responsible for circumvention of security features on the Service or on third-party sites linked from it.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To exercise a right, email legal@tetrarch-ide.com. We may ask for information to verify your identity before we act on the request. If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing the same address. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right available under applicable law.
Those rights may include:
- The right to know the categories of personal data we collect, the purposes for which we use it, and the types of third parties we share it with.
- Access and portability, meaning you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and, where applicable, ask for it in a portable format.
- Deletion of personal data collected from you in connection with the Service, subject to exceptions the law allows.
- Correction of inaccurate personal data we maintain about you. Suggestions are not retained records, and we do not guarantee that a Suggestion is accurate.
- Objection to certain processing. Where the law requires it, we will stop unless we have a valid legal ground to continue.
- Restriction of processing in limited cases, such as while a correction request is pending.
- Withdrawal of consent, where our legal basis is consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that affect your legal rights or have similarly significant effects.
We process personal data for the purposes in this policy on servers in the United States. Data-protection laws differ by country. We apply the protections in this policy regardless of where the data is processed, and we transfer data only under a legally valid mechanism. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your personal data may be transferred to the United States. Where information is transferred outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we require an adequate level of protection.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated version and the effective date at the top of this page, unless another form of notice is legally required. Your continued use of the Service after a change is your acceptance of the change.
